Delivery and Returns T&Cs

We have a standard, heavy, extra heavy and large shipping rates which are based on the weight of the product. Any orders over £600 we will ship for free within mainland UK, this is not inclusive of the Scottish highlands. Occasionally some orders may have a higher shipping rate or additional charges depending on their weight and location. Please get in contact for more information regarding this. 

All orders will be carefully packed and dispatched within 3-5 days, however this is dependent on the time of year. If you have any special requirements we will do our hardest to cater to you just get in contact or write a special note when at the checkout. 

We stock most of the furniture at our warehouse however, during busy periods please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery due to high demand. 

***At present we are facing huge delays with furniture, if you need an item immediately please contact us to check on the lead time. 

At present we do not ship outside of the UK. 

Wasted Delivery Charges

In order to enhance the operational efficiency and cut down on the non-productive and administrative hassles of a wasted delivery; please note with effect from 01-05-2017; we have levied the below charges for the wasted delivery which will cover the following scenarios:

-Unsuccessful deliveries due to wrong postcode

-Unsuccessful deliveries due to unavailability (despite being pre notified)

The below charges will be unfortunately recovered and must be paid PRIOR to re-scheduling the delivery- £20.


At Humble Home we have taken a lot of time to ensure all product descriptions and photos offer a true reflection of the goods you are purchasing. However we understand that sometimes you may order something and it is just not quite right. Therefore, we offer a 7 day return policy, but if 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. This is subject to being notified either via e-mail or telephone within 48 hours of you receiving your product. 

We will always offer a replacement for a faulty item providing it is reported within 48 hours of receiving the product. Please contact us straight away and attach pictures of the damages.

However if you have just changed your mind  and would like a refund we do ask that you pay return postage. We ask that you securely repackage the item, insert your full name and order number then post it back to us. Please take a photo of the item before sending it with the courier. As soon as we receive it we will notify you by email and process your refund within 14 days.

However, we will not refund returned items that we deam to have been used and are not in there original packaging or condition. We will also require a receipt or proof of purchase. If in the instance that we allow you to keep the faulty or damaged product we will refund the full price you paid for the product. However, this does not included postage and packaging.
